Our General Price List (GPL) is designed and regulated in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Because of these regulations, we are not permitted to alter the format or language of the GPL to make it easier to read or customize it for individual families.
To better assist the families we serve, we have created service packages that combine our most commonly selected options. These packages are designed to make it easier to understand pricing and available choices.
