He was born October 3, 1941, in Batesville, Arkansas, the son of Ishmael and Ruth Lee Dossett Moser. He was a truck driver and a U.S. Army veteran. Survivors include 2 daughters, 1 son, 4 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. Burial will be in the Galatia Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Boys Ranch. Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
