Wanda Sue Dissmeyer, 82, passed away on September 04, 2026 in Mountain Home, AR at the age of 82. Wanda was born on February 26, 1944 in Fairbury, Nebraska to Herman and Verneda Fritz Hinzmann. She married the love of her life, Harold Lee Dissmeyer, on June14, 1968 in Lincoln, Nebraska. Together, they built a family rooted in faith and love. Wanda worked as a secretary with Lincoln Public Schools for nearly 20 years. She lived in Oakland, Arkansas since moving from Lincoln in 1997. The couple enjoyed spending time on Bull Shoals Lake and the White River. Wanda was a beloved member of Hilltop Baptist Church of Oakland.

Wanda is survived by her husband, Harold Lee Dissmeyer; children, Matthew L. Dissmeyer and fiance Jennifer of Greenwood, NE, Michael Dissmeyer and wife (Beth) of Kileen, TX, Paula Andrade and husband Mike of Denver, CO; grandchildren, Erick, Emily, Meggan, Eric, Caitlin, Robin, Zander, Gwenyth; great-grandchildren, Kynleigh, Londyn, Lennon Kohen, Leighton, Silas, Sol, and Sylvie; and nephews, Rick Dissmeyer of Salida, CO, Gregg Dissmeyer of Lincoln, NE.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A Celebration of Life will be 10:00 am, Saturday, September 26, 2026 at Hilltop Baptist Church, Oakland, Arkansas with Pastor Joel Holth officiating. Entombment will follow at Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
