Victoria Lynn Moore, 71, of Norfork, Arkansas, passed away peacefully at home on June 13, 2025, with her loving family by her side. Born on May 3, 1954, Fort Worth, Texas, she was the daughter of Richard and Florence Westney Cotey.
Victoria’s journey brought her to Arkansas in 2005, where she embraced her role as the operations director for the Food Bank of North Central Arkansas. Her dedication to helping others reflected her compassionate spirit. Beyond her work life, Victoria found joy in knitting, nurturing her garden, caring for her beloved plants, and spending time with her family.
She leaves behind her two daughters, Nesha (Eric Goldstein) Moore and Jasmine Moore, both of Norfork, AR, who will forever treasure the memories made with their mother. Victoria is also survived by eight adoring grandchildren: Brittany (Colten) Foster, Faith DiSandro, Alex DiSandro, Noah Goldstein, Elizabeth Goldstein, Fox Harkreader, Everett Harkreader, and Jasper Harkreader; along with four great-grandchildren: Lilly Gollihar, Violet Gollihar, Ares Foster, and Jaina Foster; and her brother, Fred (Carole) Fielding, who will carry her memory in their hearts.
Victoria has been reunited in spirit with her parents and two brothers, Richard Trubee and David Fielding, who preceded her in death.
A Celebration of Life will be announced in the coming days to honor Victoria’s beautiful spirit and the impact she had on everyone around her. Arrangements are entrusted to Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
