Sondra "Sonnie" Lamb Partee Cox, 58, of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed away peacefully in her sleep due to respiratory failure on the morning of Wednesday, July 1, 2026.

Born in Beaufort, South Carolina, on May 31, 1968, she spent her younger years in Mountain Home and Calico Rock, Arkansas before relocating to Shawnee, Kansas while still in elementary school. She attended Shawnee Mission Northwest Highschool. As an adult, she was a preschool teacher and later she was in charge of the ostomy department at Georgetown Pharmacy.

Sonnie was known for being an amazing cook and she loved crafts. She also enjoyed music, old movies, and old tv shows. Her favorite activity, however, was going out to eat with family and friends, which she frequently did with her best friend, Ron Pollard of Gassville, Arkansas.

Sonnie is survived by her daughter, Misty Rasdall of Seattle, WA; son, Dylan Rasdall of Blue Springs, MO; grandchildren, Drake and Dax Rasdall; her mother, Sondra Oxley; her father, Larry Lamb; and siblings Joye Shaw, James Partee, and Dustin Partee.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, John R. and Zada "Nanny" Webb; her brother, Levi Lamb, and her dad, Leonard Partee, who adopted her and her siblings when they were young.
