Sheila Barlow

Sheila Lynn Barlow of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away January 5, 2026, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 76. She was born April 17, 1949, in St. Paul, Minnesota, the daughter of John and Celia Kroska Benoit. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing and Bachelor's in Business. Sheila was a dedicated registered nurse at UC Irvine and later worked as a travel nurse. She married the love of her life, James "Jim" Barlow on November 5, 1997, in Santa Ana, California. The couple lived in Mountain Home since moving from California in 2001. Sheila enjoyed gardening and was a member of the Baxter County Master Gardeners. She was a happy person and enjoyed camping and traveling with her husband. Sheila was known to be an excellent cook and baker.

Sheila is survived by her daughter, Jacqueline Benoit of Mountain Home, AR; granddaughter, Andrea Benoit;and her beloved dog, Diesel.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother.
