Sandra "Jewel" Hatcher

Sandra "Jewel" Hatcher of Yellville, Arkansas, went to her Heavenly Home, November 12, 2025, in Yellville, Arkansas at the age of 71. She was born March 23, 1954, in Macon, Georgia, the daughter of Tully and Topsy Creel Arnold. She married Robert Hatcher on July 14, 1972, in Twiggs County, Georgia. The couple owned and operated an office supply store in Georgia for many years. Jewel and Robert lived in Yellville since moving from Louisiana in 2017. She was a dedicated member of the Welcome Ridge Community Church of Yellville. She loved the Lord and her faith was most important to her. Jewel enjoyed serving others and especially loved caring for the kids in Sunday school.

Jewel is survived by her loving daughter, Nichole (Mason) Abshire of Horseshoe Bend, AR; cherished grandchildren, Taylor (Amy) Shirley of Alto, GA, and Reid (Jaden) Shirley of Clarksville, GA; beloved sister, Emily (Wayne) Kemp of Perry, GA; and her niece and nephew, Becky and Paul.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband of 48 years.
