Sandra Marie Fobert of Norfork, Arkansas, passed away February 26, 2026, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 58. She was born January 2, 1968, in Fontana, California, the daughter of Ray Carroll and Cheryl Rankin Carroll. She married Kenneth on August 1, 2016 in Seneca, Missouri and worked as a CNA. She worked as a cook for Fat & Happy's for 11 years and later worked as a cashier for Two Rivers Market in Norfork. Sandra lived in Norfork since moving from Carterville, Missouri in 2017. She enjoyed gardening, spoiling the pit bull Jessie and most importantly spending time with and bragging about her grandchildren.

Sandra is survived by her parents; husband, Kenneth Fobert; son, Steven (Danielle) O'Banion; daughter, Ashley O'Banion (John Hughes); brother, John Carroll; grandchildren, Fontana, Temperance, BryLeigh, Lachlan and Tymber.

She was preceded in death by her; sister, Brenda Mayberry and brother, Michael Carroll.

A Gathering of Family and Friends for Sandra will be 10:00 am- 12:00 pm on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, 600 Hospital Drive, Mountain Home, Arkansas.
