Sammy Wayne Earls of Gassville, Arkansas, passed away June 5, 2025, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 79. He was born March 9, 1946, in Middlesboro, Kentucky, the son of Leslie and Blanch Sing Earls. Sammy was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War. Sammy lived in Gassville since moving from Middlesboro, Kentucky in 2002. He enjoyed fishing, playing pool, and boxing.

Sammy is survived by his daughter, Sherri Earls of Mountain Home, AR; two sons, Michael Wayne Earls of Gassville, AR, and James Gaviola of Manila, Philippines; sister, Christine Adkins; four grandchildren, Justin, Dustin, Ashley, and Amber; and three great-grandchildren, Kyler, Willow, and Colton.

He was preceded in death by his father, Leslie DePorter Earls; mother, Blanch Earls; and grandson, Tyler; brother, Howard "Buddy" Earls; half brother, James Earls; and two sisters, Corine Partin, and Brenda Daniels.

A Graveside Funeral Service with Military Honors will be 10:00 am, Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum Open-Air Chapel, Mountain Home, Arkansas. Military Honors will be provided by the Alley-White American Legion Post #52 and the United States Air Force Honor Guards.
