Robert "Bob" C. Neels, 90, passed away on June 27, 2026 in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Robert was born on November 05, 1935 in St. Louis, Missouri to Carl and Genevieve Nogalski Neels. He worked as a pipe coverer in construction for many years. Bob was a proud U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. He lived in Gamaliel, Arkansas since moving from St. Louis, Missouri in 1990. In his free time, Bob enjoyed bass fishing.

Bob is survived by his wife, Iris Kay Neels; sons, Robert "Rob" Neels of St. Louis, MO, and Michael Neels of Arnold, MO; grandchildren, Ava, Kennedy, Amelia, and Enrico; and great-grandson, Westen.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents; and daughter, Lisa Neels.

A Celebration of Life for Bob will be 2:00 pm, July 18, 2026, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, Mountain Home, Arkansas with celebrant, Heather Marsalis. Robert will be entombed at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
