Richard Wesley "Dick" Miller, 87, passed away on August 20, 2026 in Mountain Home, Arkansas. He was born on March 18, 1939 in South Gate, California, to William and Cleda Naomi (Bever) Miller. After graduating from high school in South Gate, California, Dick served in the United States Navy as a 1st Radarman 2nd Class. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from California State University, Fullerton. Dick married Sandra (Carter) Gregory on November 28, 1975 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He retired as a Vice President of Finance for Cal Lift. In 2004, he and Sandra moved to Arkansas from Placentia, California. He enjoyed golfing, bowling, and traveling to see his children. He was a member and treasure of the Twin Lakes Gun Club.

Dick is survived by his wife, Sandra Miller of Mountain Home, AR; two sons, Randy Miller of Mountain Home, AR and Daniel (Michelle) Gregory of Boise, ID; four daughters, Karen (Greg) Daniels of Whitier, CA, Cindy (Scot) Henderson of Perris, CA, Kim (Steve) Walker of Star, ID, and Brenda (Dennis) Kelly of Lolo, MT; brother, William (Angie) Miller of Henderson, NV; six grandchildren, Vanessa (Mike) Chandler of Stevensville, MT, Melissa (Bridger Morgan) DiForti of Las Vegas, NV, Kristopher (Jenna) Gregory of Boise, ID, Haleigh Gregory of Meridian, ID, Breanna (Lex) Wybaczynsky of Whittier, CA, and Jared Daniels of Anahime, CA; and five great-grandchildren, Rhayna Chandler, Terra Chandler, Benjamin Gregory, Emiliana Wybaczynsky, and Sage Wybaczynsky.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Carol Liberater.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 am, Friday, September 18, 2026, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
