Nadine Moore

Nadine Moore of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away December 27, 2023, in Springfield, Missouri at the age of 79. She was born April 27, 1944, in Henderson, Arkansas, the daughter of John E. and Mabel Wells Walker. Nadine had a large family and was one of ten children. She married Jimmy Moore on June 1, 1963 in Flippin, Arkansas. The couple loved to take trips all across Arkansas on the weekends, but particularly enjoyed their time in Mena, Arkansas. They drove every route you could take there and would drive up the mountain for the day, often stopping at yard sales on the way. Nadine worked in sales at Walmart for 16 years, primarily in jewelry and shoes. She was a true steward of God's Creation and enjoyed gardening flowers and vegetables. She especially loved raising her chickens.

Nadine is survived by her husband of 59 years, Jimmy Paul Moore of Mountain Home, AR; daughter, Julie Moore of Mountain Home, AR; son, Dion Moore of Henderson, AR; grandchildren, Josh Moore of Fayetteville, AR, Kierstien (Jacob) Hout of Henderson, AR, Keyar Moore of Henderson, AR; great-grandson, Easton Hout of Henderson, AR; one sister; and one brother.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and seven siblings.

Visitation will be Saturday, January 6, 2024, 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel.
