Mildred E. Fazio joined our Lord on July 26, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Fazio. She was a long time resident of Rockdale, Illinois and she spent her final years in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
She is survived by her son, Thomas Fazio, four grandchildren, Mark Fazio, Larry Fazio, Tracy Walker, and Samuel E. Fazio. She also had two great-granddaughters, Alisha Fazio and Skyleigh Walker.
Burial will be private.
No flowers please.
Arrangements are by Kirby & Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
