Michael Stanford

Michael "Mike" Ray Stanford of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away May 7, 2026, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 72. He was born March 9, 1954, in Shelby County, Tennessee, the son of Jesse Floyd and Sarah Ethelyne Williams Stanford. Mike lived in Mountain Home since moving from Texas in 2003. He enjoyed fishing and was a jack-of-all trades.

Michael is survived by his siblings, Joyce Fulco, Gene (Sue) Stanford, Sarah McKee, Daryl Stanford, Donna Janowicz, and Tina Barajas; son, Jesse Michael Stanford; grandson, Trent Stanford; mother of his son, Tonya McMullen, stepdaughters he raised as his own, Nicole Cooper, Leann Talbert, and Kimberly Horwath; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Floyd, Ed, Herb, June, Doris, Ann, and Jimmy.
