Mark Joseph Wobecky

On April 14, 2024, Mark Joseph Wobecky, passed away in Mountain Home, Arkansas. He was born March 23, 1956, in New Bedford, Massachusetts, the son of Engelbert and Dolores Wobecky (Laug). He married Peggy Garkey on June 8, 1979, in Bull Shoals, Arkansas. Mark was known for his exceptional work ethic, unwavering dedication to his profession and his love to entertain and spend quality time with good friends. He especially enjoyed fishing with his friends and family, spending long hours on the beautiful Florida Gulf. After retiring, Mark moved to Mountain Home from Naples, Florida where he and Peggy spent time with family and enjoyed the freedom of retired life together. 

Mark leaves behind his loving wife, Peggy Wobecky of Mountain Home, AR; daughter, Heather Wobecky of Naples, FL, John Wobecky of Jensen Beach, FL; four loving grandchildren Donovan, Landon, Leah, and Emma; and brother, Steve Wobecky of Pocasset, MA.

Mark Joseph Wobecky will be remembered for his hard work, kindness, and the legacy he leaves behind.
