Lydia Ann Stanford

Lydia Ann Stanford of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away August 9, 2023, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 64. She was born September 25, 1958, in Fallon, Nevada, the daughter of Charles and Bonnie Dasca Lee. She married Lamonte on May 15, 1985 in Jackson, Mississippi and worked as a Draftsman in the building industry. Lydia was a U.S. veteran of the Air Force. Lydia and Lamonte lived in Canada, England, Germany, Spain, New Zealand, Australia,Greece and many states in the United States while serving our country. Lydia lived in Mountain Home since moving from Jackson, Mississippi in 1985. Her top priority was always her family came first. Lydia also enjoyed needlepoint, sewing, gardening and tirelessly giving help to others.

Lydia is survived by her husband, Lamonte Stanford of Mountain Home, AR; daughters, Kara Stanford and Mia Stanford Jones.

She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Eliza Stanford.

A Celebration of Life will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints on Thursday, August 17, 2023 at 4:00 PM. Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum, Mountain Home, Arkansas.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House in Lydia's name.
