Linda S Loden

February 2, 1943 — August 8, 2022

Linda S. Loden of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed away on August 8, 2022, in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was born on February 2, 1943 in Greenwood, Mississippi, the daughter of Earl and Sarah Bush Stubblefield. She married Larry Loden on December 16, 1962, and they spent 59 wonderful years together. After moving to Mountain Home in 1975, Linda became a member of First Baptist Church. She taught math at Cotter High School for 20 years. She was known for her faith in Jesus Christ and the love she had for her family. She enjoyed traveling, reading, shopping, and was a true foodie.

Linda is survived by her husband, Larry Loden; daughters, Leslie (Russell) Martin of Magnolia, TX, and Laurie (Alan) Francis of Broken Arrow, OK; son, Lee (Michele) Loden of Eads, TN; brother, Jimmy (Nancy) Stubblefield of Dandridge, TN; grandchildren, Mitchell, Sara (Joe), Kerri (Collin), West, Hannah, and Rusty; great-grandchildren, Melody, Caleb, Madison, Dean, and Isaac; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

The family will hold a Celebration of Life at First Baptist Church on Saturday, September 3, 2022 at 2:00 pm.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
