Lanny Eugene Wineland, 68, passed away on August 14, 2026 in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Lanny was born on March 03, 1958 in Highland Park, Michigan to Arthur and Mary Barlow Wineland. Lanny worked as a Realtor for Peglar Real Estate He married Stacy Krug on September 29, 2012 In Mountain Home, Arkansas. He enjoyed hiking, camping, golfing, floating the Buffalo River, playing ping pong with his buddies, and boating on Norfork Lake. He also loved watching and cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks in any sport.

Lanny is survived by his wife, Stacy; children, Coy (Heather) Wineland, Kristina (Jacob) Hanson, Ryan (Kayla) Krug; grandchildren, Kora and Margo Hanson, Avery and Sawyer Krug.

Lanny was preceded in death by his mother Mary Wineland.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, August 21, 2026 at 6:00 pm at Real Life Church in Mountain Home with Pastor Vince Daniel officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Mountain Home Youth Baseball through the Mountain Home Parks & Recreation.
