Juanita Sutterfield

Juanita Sutterfield, a resident of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away on February 13, 2026, at the age of 78. Born on October 7, 1947, in Mountain Home, she was the daughter of Percy and Ida Ford Copeland. Juanita married Cecil Sutterfield on December 23, 1961, in Baxter County, Arkansas, marking the beginning of a beautiful life together. A member of the Hope Center Church, Juanita's vibrant spirit shone through her passions for singing, listening to music, camping, fishing, and embarking on family trips, creating treasured memories with her loved ones.

Juanita is lovingly remembered by her son, Paul (Wendy) Sutterfield of Mountain Home, AR, and her three daughters, Wanda Sue Goss of Mountain Home, AR, Bonnie Sutterfield of Mountain Home, AR, and Patty (Harvey) Loosey of Clinton, AR. She will also be deeply missed by her four brothers, J.C. (Fanny) Copeland, Aubry Copeland, Ed (Reba) Copeland, and Dale (Nina) Copeland, and her three sisters, Betty Gosser, Sue Copeland, and Virginia Copeland. Juanita was a proud grandmother to six grandchildren: Jeremy (Autumn) Goss, Timothy (Amber) Goss, Adam (Tiffany) Goss, Larrissa (Adam) Cervantez, Kayla (Drew) Humphry, and Raylynn Sutterfield, and she was blessed with seventeen great-grandchildren who brought her immeasurable joy, Nevaeh, Kassidy, Libby, Mason, Jurzie, Jacob, Faith, Jackson, Gavin, Jayde, Miyah, Sammy, Hendrix, Riley, Jayde, Makenna, and Adelynn. She was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband, and her siblings, Norman Copeland, Billy Copeland, Wilma Golden, and Devoe Copeland.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 16, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Kirby & Family Funeral Home. A Funeral Service celebrating Juanita's life will take place on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Kirby & Family Funeral Home, officiated by Brother Bobby Copeland. She will be laid to rest at the Arkana Cemetery in Mountain Home, Arkansas, with Paul Sutterfield, Jeremy Goss, Timothy Goss, Adam Goss, Gavin Goss, and Jayde Goss as pallbearers.
