John died February 7, 2014, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri. He was born October 23, 1933, at Kilgore, Texas, the son of John Morgan and Lela Mae Philpot Martin. He married Jo A. Lankton in 1984, at Holtville, California and was a shift manager at a casino.
He is survived by his wife Jo of Mountain Home, AR.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
