Mr. Jay Dobkins died Wednesday, December 15, 2010, at his residence at the age of 96. He was born September 16, 1914 at Cleveland, Ohio the sone of Nathan and Clara Polish Dobkins. He married Patricia Lee Larue on February 18, 1946 at Jacksonville, Florida and worked as a probation officer. He is a U.S. Navy veteran of WWII. He was a member of the American Legion and Masons.
He was preceded in death by his parent and wife.
Burial will be in the National Cemetery, Little Rock, Arkansas.
