Jane Smith Lessner, 68, went to be with the Lord on November 5, 2014, following two heart attacks.
She was a stubborn and spiritual woman of many words who loved her family and worked as a floral designer before retiring. She loved spending time with her husband, their pug, Rascal and cat, Patches.
She was preceded by her grandfather, William R. Murphy; father, Jesse James Smith; and brother, Robert James Smith; also, infant daughter, Sherri Lynn Strader.
She is survived by her husband, Steven Lessner of Lakeview; sons, Ronald Strader of Horseshoe Bend and Tommy Smith of Jacksonville; mother, Ila Cudd of Mountain Home; siblings, Mary Smith of Sherwood, Patty Campbell of Jacksonville, Barbara Reitz of Dallas, Lea McCartney of Elizabethtown, Ky., Dea Ann Jordan of Gleason, Tenn., and Jesse Smith of Mountain Home; two grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Flowers may be delivered to Kirby and Family Funeral Home.
