He was born July 6, 1955, in Niles, Michigan, the son of James Royce, Sr. and Letha Nash Payne. James is survived by his mother, Letha Payne of Blytheville, AR, brother, Mark (Paula) Payne of Blytheville, AR, brother, David (Sharon) Payne of Blytheville, AR, and sister, Carla (Charlie) Cassidy of Blytheville, AR. He was preceded in death by his father, James Royce Payne Sr.. Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
