Survivors: Iwan Kulisch is survived by his wife, Eugenia of Lakeview Preceded in Death by: He is preceded in death by his parents and 4 brothers. Visitation: Visitation for Mr. Kulisch will be at 3:00 p.m. until service time. Funeral: Funeral services for Iwan Kulisch of Lakeview will be at 4:00 P.M. on Monday, August 23, 2004 at Kirby-Boaz Funeral Home. Burial: Burial will be the KirbyÂ?s Tucker Memorial Cemetery
