Frederick Bach

Frederick Otto Bach, 88, formerly of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away July 21, 2025, in Wisconsin, at the age of 88. He was born July 8, 1937, in Elmhurst, Illinois, the son of Otto and Emma (Ruester) Bach. He married Martha Louise Sams on September 5, 1959, in Glenview, Illinois, and was a chemist for the A.B. Dick Company, where he held over 70 U.S. and foreign patents. Fred and Martha moved to Mountain Home from Elmhurst, Illinois in 1993. He enjoyed fishing, wood and metal working, and gardening. Recently, he moved to Wisconsin to be closer to family.

Frederick is survived by his two sons, Christopher Bach of Sterling, VA, and Jonathan Bach of Delavan, WI; daughter, Pamela Bach of Elmhurst, IL; grandchildren, Kale, Gabriel, Benjamin, Emma, Ellysa, and Logan; and great-grandchildren, Declan, Everly, Emerson, Adelaide, Walker, Ava, Ivan, Alex, and Annie. He was preceded in death by his parents, Otto and Emma Bach; and his wife, Martha Louise Bach.
