Edna Merritt, 99, passed away on March 29, 2026 in North Richland Hills, Texas. Edna was born on January 05, 1927. She lived in Mountain Home, Arkansas, for many years before moving to Texas. During her time in Mountain Home, she owned and operated the Miniature Museum and was extensively involved in the community. 

Edna is survived by her daughters, Karen, Eileen, Deborah, and Heather; seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Edna will be laid to rest beside her husband, Lloyd Merritt, who preceded her in death in 1992, at Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Funeral services were held at the S. Timothy Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Bedford, Texas. Arrangements are being handled by Kirby & Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
