Clynese Carol Spellman, 78, passed away on August 21, 2026 in Mountain Home, Arkansas. She was born on January 2, 1948 in Omaha, Nebraska to Ralph Alworth and Grace Leona Ochampaugh White. She married Thomas Spellman on August 28, 1974. Clynese worked as a secretary with Omaha Power District for many years. The couple made Mountain Home, Arkansas their home in 2004 after moving from Omaha. She was a member of the American Legion, and enjoyed going fishing with her husband. She also enjoyed quilting and knitting. Clynese especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and her dog, Tiffany.

Clynese is survived by her stepchildren, Lori Spellman of Geneva, NE, Mike (Rachel) Spellman of Omaha, NE, Richard Spellman of Council Bluffs, IA; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Clynese was preceded in death by her parents; and husband.

A Graveside Funeral Service will be 9:30 am, Saturday, August 29, 2026 at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Omaha Nebraska.
