Charles "Chuck" Hans Schmidt, Jr.

Charles "Chuck" Hans Schmidt, Jr. of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away March 22, 2026, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 84. He was born February 15, 1942, in Kenosha, Wisconsin, the son of Charles and Caroline Schumacher Schmidt, Sr. He married Annette Hanlin on June 18, 1992 in Kenosha. Chuck worked as a mechanic for many years. He lived in Mountain Home since moving from Wisconsin in 2019. He enjoyed motorcycle rides, curbside finds, and his big red cup.

Chuck is survived by his daughter, Kimberly Schmidt; stepdaughters, Karen Johnson of Norfork, AR, and Tammy Lawler of Temple, TX; grandchildren, Ashley Mosley, Michael Mosley, Corey (Que) Mosley, Emily (Stewart) Bartz, Austin Goodman, Nickolas Dismore, Sheamus Lawler, Tessa Vaughn, Leah Vaughn, Lilly Vaughn and several great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife and many siblings.
