Catherine Nelson passed away October 8, 2017, in Cotter, Arkansas, at the age of 88. She was born August 11, 1929, in Bronx, New York, the daughter of Frederick and Norma Brown Pasetti. She was married on September 9, 1951, in Norwalk, Connecticut, and was a secretary. Catherine lived in Cotter since moving from Dallas, Texas, in 1994. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary.
Catherine is survived by her daughter, Andrea Vardell of Cotter, AR, and three sons, Scott Nelson, Jeff Nelson, and Dan Nelson all of Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and son, David Nelson.
Funeral Services for Catherine Nelson will be private.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
