Brent Blomquist, 74, passed away on June 24, 2026 in Mountain Home, Arkansas surrounded by his loving family.

Brent was born on January 23, 1952 in Chicago, Illinois, and was adopted into the loving home of August and Annabelle Feste Blomquist. Brent moved to Mountain Home in 1972 from Arlington Heights, Illinois were he was a tool and die maker. He moved to Mountain Home to build Mini Mountain Speedway. He later became the owner of Annette's Flower Shop alongside his loving wife, Nancy. He was a devoted husband, loving father, and friend whose kindness, humor, and hardworking spirit touched the lives of many. He shared 35 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Nancy Blomquist, building a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.

Brent was a committed member of Twin Lakes Baptist Church, where he served as an Awana's leader and the Mission's pastor for many years. He enjoyed racing and fishing but he found a deeper passion for the mission field in Brazil. He also enjoyed supporting his grandson as he played Bomber and SAU football.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Nancy Blomquist (Partridge), and his children: Heather (Jeff) Adams of Omro, WI; Richard (Jori) Morton of Mountain Home, AR; and Danielle (Dan) Nagy of Mountain Home, AR. Brent also leaves behind five grandsons: Jacob, Blaize, Sam, Isaac, and Ryan. He was preceded in death by his parents and a son Brent Jr.

Brent's legacy of love, loyalty, and friendship will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. Though he will be deeply missed, the memories he created and the lives he touched will never be forgotten.

A family graveside service will be held at Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery in Mountain Home. A Celebration of Life will take place on Sunday, June 26, 2026, at 2:00 pm at Twin Lakes Baptist Church in Mountain Home.
