Anna Pyle

Anna Jean Pyle, 81, departed this life on Saturday, September 15, 2007. Our Mom and Nonnie was a homemaker in the truest sense of the word-a great cook, seamstress, and quilter. She made wonderful pies, and one Thanksgiving made 11 different flavors so everyone had their favorite. Survivors: She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Howard W. Pyle; four children, Kay (Joe) Hudec of Kingwood, TX, Larry (Linda) Pyle of Midway, AR, Barbara (Norm) Shirk of Rockford, IL, and David (Shari) Pyle of Nipomo, CA; sister, Dorothy Travis, of Highlands, TX; ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Funeral: Funeral services for Anna Jean Pyle will be held Monday, September 17, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at the College and North Church of Christ in Mountain Home with Brother Ken Burton officiating. Burial: Interment will be at Old Cottonwood Cemetery, Gallatin County, IL, at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 18, 2007. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Children's Homes, 5515 Old Walcott Rd., Paragould, AR.
