Services for Anna Krause, 89, of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be private.
Anna died Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at Care Manor Nursing Center. She was born June 20, 1921 in Rax, Austria, the daughter of Aloius and Teresa Hindler Leiner. She married John Alfred Krause in 1943 at Chicago, Illinois and was a homemaker. Anna lived in Mountain Home, Arkansas since 1977 moving from Chicago, Illinois. She attended Redeemer Lutheran Church every Sunday. She loved to bake cookies for friends and liked gardening.
Anna is survived by her son, Carl Krause of Maple Ridge, BC.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Aunt Anna, 5 brothers and 1 sister.
Burial will be in the Girard City Cemetery, Girard, Ohio.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
Arrangements are by Kirby & Family Funeral & Cremation Services.
