Alice Joy Wyma

Alice Joy Wyma, 87, formerly of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away September 11, 2023, in Cumming, Georgia. She was born May 30, 1936, in East Hazel Crest, Illinois, the daughter of Ernest and Ida Miller Paris. She married Nicholas Wyma, Jr. on September 25, 1954, in Harvey, Illinois. Alice lived in Mountain Home from 1997 until 2021 and was a member of the Christian Church of Mountain Home. She recently moved to Cumming, Georgia, to be with her daughter. She enjoyed the tall Georgia Pines and watching the birds from the front porch.

Alice is survived by her two daughters, Debra Wyma and Keri Olszewski; two granddaughters, Monica Olszewski and Megan Wash; and her great-granddaughter, Aniya Chapman.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; four brothers, Charles Paris, Jacob Paris, Oscar Paris, and Edward Paris; and two sisters, Clara Green and Ernestine Irwin.
