Alice Pearl Woodard

Alice Pearl Woodard of Flippin, Arkansas, passed away October 23, 2023, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 86. She was born March 4, 1937, in Merryville, Louisiana, the daughter of Willis and Norma Eaves Bacon. She married Dewey Woodard on November 14, 1953, in Jal, New Mexico, and was a teacher. Alice lived in Flippin since moving from Paris, Texas in 2019. She enjoyed working with her plants and flowers and studying religion.
Alice is survived by her two sons, Brooke (Patricia) Woodard of Flippin, AR, and Dewey (Theresa) Woodard of Paris, TX; sister, Margaret Bacon of Irvin, TX; five grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and brother, Larry Smith.
Graveside Services will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in Paris, Texas.
