Addie Belle Cox

Mrs. Addie Belle Cox passed away on March 29, 2024 in Mountain Home, Arkansas. She was born June 23, 1926 in Laytonville, Arkansas to Edgar (Bus) and Danie Jones Fletcher. She married William Henry Cox August 7, 1946 in Yellville, Arkansas. Addie loved to sew, crochet, reading and doing puzzles. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son Randy, one granddaughter Tonya Wassan, two brothers, and two sisters.

She is survived by son William Lowell Cox, two granddaughters; Toye (Scott) Hensley, Tammera (Chet) Halliburton, eight great-grandchildren, four great great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at 9:00 with the funeral to follow at 10:00 in Kirby Funeral Home Chapel, 600 Hospital Drive, Mountain Home, Arkansas with Brother Ray Crawford officiating.  Burial will follow in Heiskill Cemetery, Baxter County, Arkansas.

Memorials may be made to Heiskill Cemetery through Arvest Bank or Library for the Blind.
