Walter Kenneth Reed "Jr."

A Celebration of Life for Walter "Junior" Kenneth Reed of Flippin, Arkansas, will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, May 11, 2019, at Antioch Grace Church, with Reverend Danny Hutcherson officiating.
Junior went home to be with his Savior on May 2, 2019, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 81. He was born March 2, 1938, in Flippin, Arkansas, the son of Walter and Kathryn Wood Reed. He married Billie Adams on May 30, 1969 in Flippin, AR. Junior retired from serving his country in the United States Army National Guard and worked in Maintenance for Aeroquip. He served his community on the Flippin City Council and was the chairman of the Marion County Water Association. Junior loved working on cars and enjoyed being a member of the Corvair owners community. He was a member of the Antioch Grace Church.
Walter is survived by his wife, Billie Reed of Flippin, AR; son, Kenneth Reed of Flippin, AR; daughter, Kathryn (Anthony) Racaniello of Flippin, AR; grandchildren, Alexander Hyde of WA, Victoria Hyde,Elisabeth Hyde, and , Marcus Hyde of Pea Ridge, AR and Samuel Racaniello of Flippin, AR.
He was preceded in death by his parents and infant brother, Kenneth Reed.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services - Summit, Arkansas.
