A Memorial Service for Shirley J. Melnyk Angel of Bull Shoals, Arkansas, will be 11:00 am, Thursday, March 5, 2020, at the First Baptist Church of Bull Shoals, with Pastor Jon Norvell and Pastor Jerry Backus officiating.
Shirley passed away March 3, 2020, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 82. She was born March 5, 1937, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the daughter of John David and Nola Ethel Rankin. She married Charley Angel on October 23, 1992, in California and worked as a Doctor's Assistant. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bull Shoals and was a Prayer Warrior. She was the hostest with the mostest and the best dressed woman in town.
Shirley is survived by her husband, Charley Angel of Bull Shoals, AR; two daughters, Rebecca (Larry) Snow of CA andTeresa Weist of MN; step-daughters, Charity (Sean) Gormley of KS and Susan Duncan of KS; a number of grandchildren and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Bull Shoals.
