Noel Lee Rozelle of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away October 3, 2021, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 75. He was born December 25, 1945, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the son of Rex and May (Fromm) Rozelle. He married his wife, Maureen on March 22, 1969, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. For many years, he owned his own welding business. He enjoyed finance, playing pool, and fishing the lakes and rivers of the Twin Lakes area. Noel was a member of the Elks Lodge for 15 years.
Noel is survived by his wife, Maureen Rozelle; brother, Rand Rozelle; and sister, Elaine (Jack) Segal.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Stacy; and brother, Phil.
No services will be held at this time for Noel.
Memorials may be made to the Elks Lodge.
