A Celebration of Life for Kerry Dean Marion of Valley Springs, Arkansas, will be 3:00 pm, Saturday, August 18, 2018, at Big Spring Park, Cotter, Arkansas.
Kerry passed away August 11, 2018, in Valley Springs, Arkansas at the age of 67. He was born February 23, 1951, in Winona, Missouri, the son of Imogene McMurry and Doyne Marion. He married Linda Weaver on May 21, 2005, in Cotter, Arkansas, and was the owner of Valley Springs Roofing. Kerry was a United States Marine. Kerry lived in Valley Springs since moving from Puerto Rico, in 2000. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, woodworking, craft works, diving. He had a big heart and enjoyed helping others. He chose to be comfortable at home when he passed, surrounded by family and loved ones who all love him dearly.
Kerry is survived by his wife, Linda Marion of Valley Springs, AR, son, Kerry Marion of Gassville, AR; daughter, Jocelyn Goodwin of Pittsburgh, PA; son, Tommy Warren of Valley Springs, AR; son, Joshua King of Valley Springs, AR; daughter, Denise Brison of Cherokee Village, AR; and daughter, Lea Powell of Mountain Home, AR; brother, Steven Couch of Elizabeth, AR; three sisters, Chris Beckerle of Idaho Falls, ID; Sandra McMillen of Idaho Falls, ID; and Barb Johnston of Bevier, MO; 18 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Becky Warren; and sister, Carla Marion.
Memorials may be made to the family or to the Humane Society of Marion County.
