Kay Ann Semro of Bull Shoals, Arkansas, passed away March 11, 2022, in Bull Shoals, Arkansas at the age of 87. She was born October 17, 1934, in Evanston, Illinois, the daughter of Lyle and Nellie Howard Howard. Kay worked in Administration for the Great Lakes Veterans Hospital. She married Steve Semro on November 17, 2000, in Eureka Springs, AR. Kay lived in Bull Shoals since moving from Lake County, IL , in 1999. She was a member of the Disabled Veterans Chapter #30 Auxiliary. She enjoyed photography, bowling, fishing and Tennessee Walker horse shows. Kay is survived by her husband, Steve C. Semro of Bull Shoals, AR; daughter, Debbie Pirrucello and step-daughters, Debbie Mickotra and Dawn Semro. She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Penny Pavlik. Services will be private.
