Kathalene was born in Mountain Home to Truman Leo and Eugene Birdy Mitchell on November 11, 1942, the oldest of 8 brothers and sisters.
Kathalene married John David Fullmer August 28th, 1971. her children Melinda J. Mazouch and Ted D. Fullmer were blessed to call her Momma.
Kathalene is preceded in death by her parents, husband David, and sister Becky. She is survived by her children Ted and Melinda, three grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
