He married Carol on March 18, 1988, in Grand Rapids, Michigan and was a Metal Worker Foreman. Jess was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. Jess lived in Mountain Home since moving from Grand Rapids, Michigan, in 1989.
Jess is survived by his wife, Carol Townsend of Mountain Home, AR; and a son and daughter in Michigan.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
