Janice M. Stone

A Funeral Service for Janice M Stone of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 10:00 am, Friday, June 7, 2019, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home. Visitation will be Thursday, June 6, 2019, 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Gassville Cemetery, Gassville, Arkansas.

Janice passed away June 3, 2019, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 81. She was born October 9, 1937, in Valparaiso, Indiana, the daughter of James and Vernice Devol Richards. She married Kenneth Berrier in 1956 and together, had two children, Stephen and Christine. She was a telephone operator for many years, and moved to Mountain Home in the mid-1980's. After Kenneth passed way in 1989, she married Francis Stone on April 9, 2008, in Pontiac, Missouri. She was a member of the Victory Temple Pentecostal Church of God. She loved listening to music, attending church, watching the birds and deer.

Janice is survived by her husband, Francis Stone of Mountain Home, AR; son, Stephen (Rose) Berrier of Terre Haute, IN; daughter, Christine (James) Kingery of Pipe Creek, TX; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and first husband.

Memorials may be made to Victory Temple Pentecostal Church of God.
