Elaine Johnson

Elaine Johnson died Tuesday, November 11, 2008 in Mountain Home at the age of 69. She was born Tuesday, August 1, 1939 in, LaCrosse, Wisconsin the daughter of Weiron and Ruth Heck Wehrs. She married Larry Johnson on December 3, 1960 at LosAltos, California, and worked as an office clerk 18 years for Kearney & Trecker. Elaine lived in Mountain Home since 2001 moving from West Allis, Wisconsin. Survivors: Elaine Johnson is survived by her husband, Larry Johnson, one son, Larry (Erena) Johnson, Jr. of Hutchinson, MN, two daughters, Gloria Kirkman of Aurora, CO and Donna (Chip) Becker of W. Melbourne, FL, five grandchildren, Kennedey McCurdy, Justin Fortin, Caleb, Chelsie and Jordan Johnson, one brother, Robert (Marge) Wehrs of LaCrosse, WI. Preceded in Death by: She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister and a grandson. Visitation: Visitation will be from 5-8 P.M., Thursday, November 13 at Kirby & Family Funeral Home. Funeral: Funeral services for Elaine Ellen Johnson of Mountain Home, AR, will be 11:00 A.M. Friday, November 14, 2008 at the Twin Lakes Church of the Nazarene, with Reverend George Petry officiating. Burial: Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, Mountain Home, Arkansas. Memorials: Memorials may be made to the Hospice of the Ozarks.
