Deborah Slone

Deborah P. Slone of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away July 30, 2021, in Mountain Home at the age of 89. She was born April 11, 1932, in Dinuba, California, the daughter of Curtiss and Natalie Peck Phillips. She married Douglas Slone on November 11, 2003 in Las Vegas, Nevada and was an administrative secretary for a large school district in Southern California for 25 plus years. Deborah lived in Mountain Home since moving from Glide, Oregon in 2017. She was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church of Mountain Home. She enjoyed her animals especially her dogs and horses she like her gardening and her flowers. She loved to greet the morning sun, it brought her great joy to start the day with God and his blessings.

Deborah is survived by her husband, Douglas Slone; children, Nicole (Henry) Ramirez of CA, Janet Coffman of TX, Chris Clure of AZ, and Karen Coffman of CA; 4 grandchildren; and one great-grandson.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A Memorial Service for Deborah will be 1:00 pm, Sunday, August 29, 2021, at Seventh-day Adventist Church of Mountain Home with Pastor Elroy Tesch officiating.

Memorials may be made to Seventh-day Adventist Church School in Mountain Home.
