Charles Tabor

Funeral services for Charles Cleve Tabor of Flippin, AR, will be 1:00 P.M. Friday, January 22, 2010 at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Dr. Thomas Yoder officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until service time. Charles Tabor died Tuesday, January 19, 2010 in Flippin at the age of 69. He was born Friday, September 13, 1940 in Monticello, Illinois, son of Troy Louis and Nina Pearl Wolfe Tabor. He married Betty Willis on December 31, 1964 at Leadville, Colorado and he worked as an electrician for Noranda Mining Co. in Cobalt, Idaho Charles lived in Flippin since 1998 moving from Salmon, Idaho. He was a member of the F.O. Eagles and he loved hunting, fishing and woodworking. Charles Tabor is survived by his wife, Betty Tabor, son, Curtis L. Tabor of Champaign, IL, grandchildren, Joshua Lee (Nicole) Tabor and Toby Lee (Kristin) Tabor, great-grandchildren Victoria and Kory Tabor, brothers, Richard (Brenda) Tamor of Warrensburg, Mo and Ronald (Merna) Tabor of Cotter, AR, mother, Nina Tabor of Flippin, AR and the mother of his grandchildren, Sandra Tabor of Mountain Home, AR. He was preceded in death by his father. Memorials may be made to the Hospice of the Ozarks. Arrangements are by Kirby & Family Funeral & Cremation Services.
