Celia lived in Mountain Home since moving from Texas in 2004. She enjoyed riding motorcycles for many years with her husband. Celia is survived by her husband, Roger Millard of Mountain Home, AR; and two sisters, Zelma and Loretta. She was preceded in death by her parents and several siblings. Celia's remains were scattered in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery Scattering Gardens. Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services - Mountain Home, Arkansas.
