Celia Ellen Millard of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away March 23, 2022, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 80. She was born August 29, 1941, in Wishek, North Dakota, and was the youngest of 9 children. She married Roger Millard on March 14, 2001 in Texas. Celia lived in Mountain Home since moving from Texas in 2004. She enjoyed riding motorcycles for many years with her husband.
Celia is survived by her husband, Roger Millard of Mountain Home, AR; and two sisters, Zelma and Loretta.
She was preceded in death by her parents and several siblings.
Celia's remains were scattered in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery Scattering Gardens.
