Betty Jean was a member of Bull Shoals Methodist Church in Bull Shoals, Arkansas. Professing her faith, she loved being with people, especially her family. She enjoyed family games and get togethers. Bull Shoals Lake and the White River provided entertainment to her as she often partook of walks and drives around both, as well as boating and other water activities. Fall was her favorite time of year and she enjoyed seeing the change of seasons, bringing God’s paintbrush to the tree scenery.
