Betty J Aaron

Betty Jeanette Emma Aaron of Clarkridge, Arkansas, went to live with the Lord on November 27, 2022, in Mountain Home, AR at the age of 95. She was born March 28, 1927, in Belleville , Illinois, the daughter of Hugh and Florence Bruss Greenfield. Betty was devoted to her family and loved crocheting and quilting things to share with her community. She was a member of the Bull Shoals Presbyterian Church. While living in Belleville, Il she served as past president of the American Legion George E. Hilgard Post 58 Auxiliary.

Betty is survived by her son, Greg (Marcia) Aaron of Clarkridge, AR; daughter, Janet (John) Pegg of Edwardsville, IL.; Grandchildren, Christopher Pegg, Daniel Meirink, Sherri Martin, Melissa Hendricks, Carrie Pegg and Jarrod Aaron; 6 great grandchildren as well as a number of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Carol Jean Meirink; brothers Harry and Charles Greenfield and sisters, Judith Brennfleck and Mabel Greenfield.

A Funeral Service for Betty will be 10:00 am, Monday, December 5, 2022, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel in Mountain Home, AR with Reverend Jami Scott officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until time of service. Burial will be in the Bentley Ridge Cemetery, Clarkridge, AR. Memorials may be made in lieu of flowers to the Aaron Family.
