Belle passed away March 18, 2020, in Bull Shoals, Arkansas at the age of 78. She was born January 15, 1942, in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of John Boyd and Catherine Brown. Belle raised four children and then went back to work in retail sales. She married Frank Liska in Berwyn, Illinois and lived in Bull Shoals since moving from Berwyn, in 1992. She enjoyed volunteering at the Bull Shoals Food Pantry and loved her family and friends.
Belle is survived by her sons, Joseph (Lisa) Palicka of LaGrange Park, IL, David (Mindy) Palicka of Caldwell, TX, Jason (Jennifer) Palicka of Justice, IL; daughter, Angela (Jason) Wiser of Cottage Grove, TN; sister, Patricia Harrison of Paris, TN; eleven grandchildren; a number of great-grandchildren and last but not least her dog, Pepper.
She was preceded in death by her husband and one brother.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services - Bull Shoals, Arkansas.
